I am so grateful to Madeline and the whole team for doing such a beautiful job with a recent aesthetic treatment as part of a training. The degree of time, attention and professionalism was unparalleled. I was so impressed with every aspect of this treatment, and I am most pleased with the results. Highly recommend Mountcastle MedSpa and the entire team. I feel ten years younger and am smiling in the mirror. The fact that the entire treatment was completely free for me as I was a model for this training (normally would cost in the thousands) is also very much appreciated.

Jillian is truly one of a kind. I have seen her on a regular basis over several years, and now that I moved overseas, I do miss her expert services! She is exceptionally knowledgeable, detail-oriented and thorough when it comes to addressing your individual skin concerns and goals. She will tailor the treatment plan to your exact needs, and put together the perfect combination of daily products for you to use at home. I have learned so much about my skin regimen and what products work for me. My skin looks healthier and younger than when I first started seeing her. She is kind and thoughtful, and it was always a joy to spend a session with her!

I have been working with Jillian for a few months now and could not be happier with her guidance. I came in wanting laser hair reduction on my upper lip and talked her ear off about my skin concerns. She was very realistic with me, and her knowledge of the skin and my own hormone issues made me feel confident in our plan moving forward. She’s recommended products, told me how and when to place them, and recommended treatments in office. Everything she has recommended has worked beautifully, and we are building a long term plan to maintain my results. We have done one perfect peel with pigment booster (highly recommend if you can handle the peel process and recovery), and one skin pen microneedling with pdgf (seriously enjoyed this with very little downtime). A little over a week after the microneedling I had an appointment with my doctor, and he commented how young I am looking. I am 40 and feel like my skin is glowing. For reference, when I started working with Jillian, I felt like my skin had done a face dive and I was suddenly so much older looking. It was dull, lots of melasma, tired looking. To have someone I am not close with notice the difference?? Very happy!! Jillian understood the assignment. Thank you, Jillian!!
